[heading]Turnkey contracts using Projects Management Techniques :[/heading]

With The breadth of knowledge gained from bringing together relevant technology and component subsystems into a whole – and ensuring that those subsystems function together, we design and bring together a wide array of components from various manufacturers to accomplish the goal of creating a unified, functioning system. With this disciplined approach and our proficiency in project management and problem-solving, we have developed skills in planning, designing, directing and coordinating human resources and materials, while installing multiple systems to implement and commission an integrated fire and safety project in an institution of any size.

[heading]ALL-In-one Expertise in Fire-Safety Systems :[/heading]

Master Fire Fighters design, supply, install, represent and integrate complete tire safety equipment to, detect, protect, fight, limit and avert fire with the least possible harm to the environment.

[heading]Hydrant system :[/heading]

Hydrant systems consist of Single or Double-Headed Hydrant Posts and water monitors, pumps, pipes, valves, hose pipes. Single Headed Hydrant is required for internal areas; it is called an internal hydrant or ire escape hydrant as per the requirement of the building. For high hazard area Double Headed Hydrants and/or Water Monitors are required to be installed.

[heading]Sprinkler System :[/heading]

A Sprinkler system is the most important, and the most effective method of controlling a fire in any building. Sprinkler systems, protect material, increase life-safety and limit structural damage.

[heading]Medium Velocity Water Spray System :[/heading]

This system is also called a Deluge System. Designed to control and extinguish high hazard B class tires by discharging a water spray at medium velocity. This is generally an automatic system with a deluge value and its accessories. The system is activated by pressure-drop, or through an electrical signal.

[heading]High velocity Water Spray System :[/heading]

This is used to protect outdoor transformers. The system operation is similar to the Medium Velocity Water Spray Systems, except that it discharges a water spray at high velocity.

[heading]Foam system :[/heading]

Foam is a concentrated mass of air-filled bubbles used only tor the suppression of ‘B class liquid fire and is designed with appropriate amounts of 3 or 6 percent foam solution concentration. Different types of foam are used to control different fluids. Fire Fighting Foam is generally discharged through a Hydrant system or Medium Velocity Water Spray Systems.

[heading]High Pressure Water Mist System :[/heading]

High Pressure Water Mist System is the world’s latest, state – of – the – art technology. High Pressure Water Mist System uses a Very small quantity Of water to extinguish, suppress grid Control fire and at the same time reduces temperature and protects exposure. This system sprays water droplets ranging in the size of 1 to 200 microns at an extremely high pressure of 80 bars. These tiny water droplets, when applied to a fast developing fire, extinguish fires by a quick heat extraction and localized oxygen displacement effect around the flame zone, consequently making it inert. This technology is extremely useful as it causes minimum damage. It replaces many of the gas-based systems and sprinkler systems.

[tab title=”GFS”][heading]Gaseous Fire Suppression System :[/heading]

[highlight bg=”#E87548″ color=”#FFFFFF”]Carbon Dioxide Systems –[/highlight] Uses Carbon Dioxide Gas (CO2) in liquify form in cylindrical containers with a storage pressure of 58.5 bar (850 psi).

[highlight bg=”#E87548″ color=”#FFFFFF”]Gaseous System Using Halo-carbons –[/highlight] Uses vaporizing liquid chemical HCF-227, HFC-l25 or other chemicals listed in the code as clean agents. The agent is super pressurized With nitrogen gas and stored in cylinders at a storage pressure of 25 bars (360 psi)

[highlight bg=”#E87548″ color=”#FFFFFF”]Gaseous System Using Inert Gases –[/highlight] Uses gases such as Nitrogen, Argon, or, as a mixture of inert gases in specified proportions, consisting of Nitrogen & Argon or Nitrogen, Argon & CO2. The storage pressure Used is 200 or 300 bars.

[heading]Fire Detectors :[/heading]

Fires are detected through the use of smoke, heat or flame sensing devices. They are either Photoelectric Smoke Detectors, Fixed Temperature Detectors or Rate-Of – Rise – Of – Temperature Detectors, or UV or IR or UV/IR Flame detectors for fast-growth fires, Beam Type Detection units are installed in place of smoke detectors for the early detection of smoke. Aspirating Smoke Detectors, in high-ceiling areas with dust and fumes present. In some special applications like aircraft hangers and vehicular road tunnels, Video Smoke Detectors are used to view and analyze the presence of smoke or a monitor at a remote location. Special Purpose Detector units are specially designed to detect the presence of a variety of hazardous gases like CO2, CO, hydrocarbons and many other gases.

[heading]Fire curtain & Smoke Barriers :[/heading]

Fire Curtains and Smoke Barriers enable the compartmen – talization of large areas. Fire Curtains curtail the spread of fire and confine it to a particular area – reducing damage caused due to fire, and facilitating fire fighting personnel in carrying out their activities. Smoke Barriers help to direct and divert smoke to a desired path so that in case of a fire, occupants are not harmed and are provided with an escape route through the smoke curtain.

[tab title=”PAS”][heading]Public Address system :[/heading]

In structures like high rise residential and commercial buildings, malls, auditoriums and other heavily occupied places, a well designed Public Address System, with the use of Fire System Facility management and Fire Brigade Personnel, helps orderly, stage – wise evacuation of trapped personnel during a fire emergency and helps the fire Commander and firemen to communicate.
